Commune of Motz, La Clairmonde, soils of mollassic sandstone and outcropping mollasse. West-southwest exposure. Average age of the vines, 30 years.

Direct pressing, loose settling. 8 months maturation on the lees in concrete tanks. Light filtration. No additives during vinification and maturation. Light sulfiting at bottling.
