Vineyard and terroir

Lieu-dit “Le Bonderet” at an altitude of 500m, deep clayey calcisol on morainic bedrock with marl. Vines planted in 1997, single Guyot, 90% grass cover, mechanical weeding by working the soil under the rows.

Winemaking

Hand-picked grapes sorted in the vineyard on September 30, 2023, pneumatic pressing, spontaneous yeasts, malolactic fermentation, aged in stainless steel vats for 6 months.
