A blend of Cortese from Cascina degli Ulivi and Moscato from Bera, both producers of natural Piedmontese wines. A typical aperitif drink of the Turin and Asti region, vermouth was invented at the end of the 18th century by Benedetto Carpano and takes its name from the wormwood herb, "Vermuth" in German, the main ingredient used to flavor the base wines.
