Nestled in the small village of Mavilly-Mandelot, up on the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Morgane Seuillot has been making this region shine since her first vintage, back in 2016. Alongside her partner Christian Knott, she has taken over the destiny of the family vineyards, old vines of Gamay, Pinot Noir and Aligoté, where everything is done by hand or with the help of the horse driven by her father.
