Character

This Pinot Noir, with its sparkling ruby color and red fruit nose, is made from a blend of grapes from several plots in Mittelbergheim. Very smooth, with lovely acidity and no bitterness, it is characterized by its delicacy and purity.

Pair with

A particularly pleasant wine with no added sulfur, it pairs well with summer dishes such as tapas, charcuterie, raw fish, salads, and barbecue.

The land and the vine

From plots planted on the clay-limestone soils of Mittelbergheim. Harvested on September 7, 2023. Certified organic production.

Vinification

10-day semi-carbonic maceration of whole grapes. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel vats. Bottled in April 2024.

Serving

Serve chilled, at a temperature of 12-14 degrees.
