Commune of Serrières en Chautagne and Motz, Vigne du Seigneur, Dorlie and La Clairmonde. Mollassic sandstone soil. West - south-west exposure. Average age of the vines, 35 years.

Whole bunch maceration for 3 weeks before pressing. 18 months of maturation on lees in concrete tanks. No filtration or sulfiting at bottling.
