Cuvée Céleste, as confidential as it is remarkable, in honour of Athénaïs' daughter, born in 2020. A plot on the southern slopes of St-Bris in the Côte d'Auxerre, with energetic limestone soils, planted with Pinot Noir and dotted with small-grained Chardonnay. The grapes are vinified together, around 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, with maceration of whole bunches of Pinot and destemmed Chardonnay, then aged in Burgundy barrels.
