A confidential parcel-based cuvée, in honour of Ariane, daughter of Athénaïs, born in the summer of 2021. A plot in the Côte d'Auxerre planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Aligoté, the three grape varieties harvested in roughly equal proportions are co-macerated in whole bunches for one night in the press, then matured in Burgundy barrels for 18 months.
Bottled without fining or filtration.
