Vineyard and terroir

Lieu-dit "La Sauge" at an altitude of 590m, calcisol silt-clay on compact calcareous-siliceous morainic bedrock. Planted in 1991, permanent cordon vineyard, 90% grass cover, mechanical weeding by working the soil under the row.

Winemaking

Hand-harvested with sorting on the vine, September 22, 2023, spontaneous yeasts, carbonic maceration in whole bunches for 10 days, pneumatic pressing, malolactic fermentation carried out, aged in stainless steel vats for 6 months.
